This is targeted one-on-one support for individuals.

 

For development needs, this is available as a series of 50-minute sessions that take place over the course of 3 to 6 months.

 

For support with more specific goals or time-sensitive situations, this is available in 1-2 sessions.

This is development support for small groups of 5 to 7 people.

Workshops are typically done in half-day in-person settings as part of a team or leadership gathering.

Workshops can also delivered  in a remote environment over a series of 4 to 6 sessions.​

This is support for groups & organizations who want to gain deeper knowledge, insights or understanding as to the specific needs, motivations, experiences, perceptions, and reality of a targeted group.

This is support for individual leaders or leadership teams who are looking for an outside perspective, or additional  development to support effective implementation of their operational goals.

​This support is available in person, remote, and as a component of a leadership retreat.
